School Mission: Inspired by the love of our Lord Jesus Christ, our commitment is to educate, enlighten and build character in our students through holistic development so that they may fully be transformed individuals and citizens of excellence.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: While a local salary will be provided that will suffice for basic needs, the Head of School will need to raise support for the majority of living expenses.

Housing: There is accommodation provided for the Head of School and his/her family. Children of the Head of School will also receive concession of school fees.

Samaritan Residential Schools (SRS) is located in South India and is seeking to hire its next Head of School to start as soon as possible. The school is re-opening its doors to an elementary/primary programme after hiring the new Head of School who will play an essential role in executing a new vision, hiring teaching staff, and finalizing the implementation of the Charlotte Mason curriculum. We will phase additional grades year by year.

We aspire to create a vibrant learning environment focused on holistic education, where knowing God, loving His Word and living for Him are the foundation for all that is done. We desire to create excellence in academic and extracurricular programmes cultivating caring and respectful relationships withing the context of a faith-based community.

Responsibilities for the Head of School include, but are not limited to:

· Champion of school vision, mission, core values

· Leading the general overview and running of the school and facilities

· Direct and manage the instructional programme

· Oversee overall development and management of staff and students

· Provide leadership in marketing and image-building of the school

· Partner with parents to connect families to school life

· Manage financial planning and budget maintenance
