School Director

Kathmandu International Study Centre (KISC) is a co-educational school which is BSO and MSA accredited, and serves more than 200 students aged 4-18, from over 20 countries. It is a school with a Christian ethos, flowing out of its mission, vision and values.

KISC comprises a Primary and Secondary School, as well as a Teacher Training establishment, called EQUIP. Our mission is to provide excellent education, primarily for the international mission community and Nepali school communities, based on KISC values. Through our schools and the EQUIP programme, students and staff are helping to transform children’s lives, as well as making a positive impact on wider Nepali society.

We are seeking to appoint a school director who will provide overall leadership to KISC: Primary, Secondary, and EQUIP. They will uphold, share, and build commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Values of KISC. They will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence and upholding the culture and ethos of the school. The director will be responsible for maintaining KISC’s required accreditations, its excellent reputation, and for following all KISC policies. They will also be responsible for working within Nepali law and following our MoU with the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology. They will serve as an empowering visionary who supports the leadership team and works collaboratively with all three KISC branches.
