Location

All Souls, Langham Place, 2 All Souls’ Place, London W1B 3DA

Cost

£35-£150

Our theme this year is ‘We take faith seriously’. We are seeking to celebrate the increased interest in spiritual matters by the younger generation – as illustrated in the Bible Society’s work on ‘The Quiet Revival’ – and looking at ways to engage more fruitfully with such interest. In doing this we shall also consider how best to promote the positive welfare of young people – physical, spiritual and mental – and in so doing we believe our conference will be helpful for the professional development of staff in schools and youth organisations.

Tickets

Mindful of increased costs for schools, we have kept the ticket prices the same as for 2025:

  • Non-member ticket – £150
  • TISCA Member 1st/2nd Annual Conference – £125
  • TISCA Member 3+ from one school – £70
  • Christian Schools Trust (CST) member school – £60
  • Retired – £60
  • Gap-year school chaplaincy worker – £50
  • Stall Holder (resource area) – £35
  • TISCA Trustee and TISCA Council of Reference – £35
  • Admin/Speaker – £0

There will not be an online option this year

(Please note: TISCA members are those who are employed at TISCA member schools or those individuals who donate annually to be TISCA supporters.)

Programme

Doors will open at 0945 and we get underway at 1030 with a welcome followed by devotions. We have three main speakers (see below) and also an opportunity for discussion as well as Q&A. Some ‘stalls’ will also be available to browse as well as time for fellowship over tea/coffee breaks and over a light lunch. Proceedings close at 1545.

Our main presenters

Rico Tice

Rico Tice is a passionate evangelist, and former Senior Minister of Evangelism at All Souls, Langham Place in London. Co-Founder of Christianity Explored Ministries, he is a regular speaker at missions and evangelistic events around the world, and is the author of two books about understanding the gospel and sharing it with others — Honest Evangelism and Capturing God. When not talking to people about Jesus, Rico loves to watch rugby. His other hobbies include playing golf and watching films. He’s married to Lucy and they have three children.

Rachel Johnson

Rachel is an author (Time to Think 1 and 2 and Box Clever), podcaster (PiXL Pearls and the PiXL Leadership Bookclub), leadership thinker and keynote speaker and the CEO of PiXL, an organisation working with hundreds of schools from Primary to Post 16. Rachel’s work focuses on how we can better equip leaders, how we can use research and evidence from outside of education to challenge our thinking inside of it and how all of this can make a difference, ultimately, to young peoples’ life chances and outcomes. Rachel is also an advisory board member for both the Festival of Education and The Leadership School at Baylor University in the US.

Thomas Garnier

Thomas is the recently retired Head of Pangbourne College, a TISCA-member school. Thomas was Head from 2005 to 2024 and previously Head of Boarding at Abingdon School. He was an Officer in the Royal Navy for over 7 years and is a former pupil at Radley College, also a TISCA-member school.
